1. Provide Engineering Support to manufacturing and sales teams.
      2. Drive and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve performance to customer.
      3. Provide technical support on specific NPD / NPI and global transfer projects. Ensuring smooth transfer and/or development of business between regional sales and manufacturing teams.
      4. Lead the engineering team on strategic customer business, monitor performance of key customers
      5. Continuously develop total performance by supervising the team.
      6. Daily performance review and monitor such as waste and OTD.
      7. Cooperate with sales team, to develop the sales in Printing business from engineering area
      
      任职要求
      1. Good relevant technical or scientific degree
      2. Must have high level of energy; strong execution ability
      3. At least 10 years of relevant engineering experience (of which, at least 5 years must be in managerial position) in innovative and fast paced environment.
      4. Strong printing and converting process capabilities（Flexo, silk-screen, Digital printing ，etc）, or related industry technical knowledge would be a definite plus.
      5. Strong communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication.
      6. Good sense of color matching
      Able to work under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks/projects
