Role:
      ? Lead and support packaging initiatives on primary, secondary & tertiary level from product development to final delivery
      ? Work closely with sales and printing factory on all packaging related topics like space-optimized packaging, store/online packaging standards, sustainable packaging solutions
      ? Supporting new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards and has enough tooling for production
      ? Review packaging and resolve issues including claims raised by customers
      ? Conduct materials and cost analysis, provide packaging input to identify the best packaging alternatives for our products
      ? Ensure our products are fully in compliance with Packaging sustainability and environment policies
      
      Requirements
      ? Higher Diploma or above in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering, Degree level preferred
      ? At least 5 years of packaging structural engineering experience
      ? Sound knowledge of engineering systems, packaging materials & technologies
      ? Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
      ? Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop
      ? Able to prioritize multiple projects and cope with pressure of tight timelines
      ? Willing to travel to China frequently
      ? Excellent problem solving and project management skills
      ? Strong sense of ownership and high degree of independence
